Hope you're doing well. I am busy, busy. Family is going to be staying with me for a bit so I'm cleaning house and getting everything ready.

My grocery shopping is done.

I made a pot roast yesterday, fridge is stocked and house is mostly clean. I'm 90% there I think.

I'm writing this email from my favorite cafe in town.

I've been here an hour, sipping an English toffee latte and working.

This is my kind of work scene. I get some good deep work done here, while listening to music with my headphones.

Winding things down...

Every year I do this thing.

Last 2 weeks of the December - OFF!

It's super exciting to me.

Especially this year. I haven't had one vacation - eek.

So, I'm winding down my business, putting systems and automations in place, doing everything so starting 12/16, I am off! Whew!

I'll still answer emails and do some social media stuff.

But, that's it.

I cannot wait for the time off.

It's going to be so great, and a much needed break!

$8K+ in 8 weeks

My goal was to reach $10K before the year ends but, with taking time off starting in a few days, I doubt I'll hit that milestone.

And, I finished another one a few weeks ago.

January is gonna be BANANAS for brand work!

There are creators that do brand work exclusively, as their full-time income!

One Redditor I connected with, a beginner, did $5K from UGC in October.

Another creator I follow on TikTok, did $20K in 2 month over the summer, as a UGC creator.

Updates...

I am back on Newsbreak. It's a bit of a roller coaster there but, I did make 10X my Medium earnings from Newsbreak last month. Pretty cool.

I am trying to get back to Medium regularly. I just re-activated my subscription. I love reading the stories there and with taking a few weeks off, I'll have time to catch up on reading.

I am going to start contributing on YouTube again. I'm just gonna do it. I see long-term growth possibilities there. I'm excited.

And, anxious to see what happens with TikTok and the ban.

Only time will tell.
