We are almost halfway through the year. I guess it is true, as you get older, time speeds up. I can't believe it's May already, sheesh.

April was incredibly fruitful. There were new product releases, product relaunches, I wrapped up my website flipping challenge, lots of exciting things happening.

I expect May to bring even more rewards.

Here's what's happening...

In May, I want YOU to have a fruitful month as well. I'm going to be sharing at least one tip a week to help with that.

First Money May Tip

Explore passive income. This is the perfect time to do that. Imagine the end of the year is here and you have one or more passive income streams in play.

You can start small with this.

Here is an idea:

Try affiliate marketing

Start writing on Medium. Use parasite SEO to rank your content on search engines and start earning affiliate commissions passively.

This will require some work at first, to lay the foundation. You'll need to put time and effort into doing SEO research to find good keywords to rank for, then creating content for those keywords and referring affiliate products that fit.

I use SEMRush or Ubersuggest for keyword research (free version)
I go with high-ticket affiliate programs, that pay at least $50+ commission
I go for low-competition, high-volume keywords

I would dedicate at least 3 months to this.

I have articles that are driving $300 to $900 per month from just one affiliate, in passive income, from content produced years ago.

Affiliate marketing is not the only passive income maker out here. There are other options.

You don't have to choose this if it's not a good fit but, it's an option. Regardless of what you choose, work on creating and/or growing one passive income stream you have.

May plans...

Medium: I'm on a mini challenge to publish at least one story a day. It's an aggressive goal but, I want to get back to publishing more regularly there so I'm committed to this.

Digital Coaching: I have fully launched my digital coaching service! I'm helping coach people on digital marketing, brand work, website flipping, and business, in general.

Website Flipping: My goal is to flip 15 websites this year and I'm on track for that. I've already flipped 5. You can watch my TikTok Lives to see me talk about website flipping - I go Live almost everyday, Monday through Friday.

In my website flipping course, in May, I'm running another website flipping challenge. I had students successfully flip their sites last month in this challenge!

In April, I worked on a travel site which I have 2 interested buyers for. In May I'll be doing a gardening site! My course is over 60% OFF right now, through May 3rd at midnight CST.

Quote Page: I started a new quote page! 3 actually! One on Facebook, one on Instagram, one of Threads. The goal is to grow these pages and monetize them. It's like a mini version of digital marketing. I expect this to be very successful.

I was inspired by a new FB page I started posting on in the last month. I've already made almost $500 from it! This is the quote guide I bought that I'm learning from.
